Dick Douty started this company in 1985 with a simple promise: treat people's homes the way you'd treat your own, show up when you say you will, and stand behind the work. Four decades later, that hasn't changed.
Today Douty's is woman-owned and run by Dick's daughter, Ashley Douty, from the Williamsport office. She grew up around the business and now leads it, holding to the same standards her dad set. Chris Frank married into the family and works with the crew — same last name on the truck, same people answering the phone.
